Project Profile

This unique residential development, facing the Bird Sanctuary at Ras Al Khor, is a complex master plan that takes advantage of unobstructed views to the most beautiful and exclusive part of the Creek. Built on a covered landscaped parking podium, the buildings range from two-storey villas covering the edge of the podium, and two- to five- storey buildings, whose masses are arranged to be unobtrusive, as to allow for maximal views of the surroundings for most residents. The project is to house approximately 1025 residents. The design and architectural theme of the project came after much research and study into traditional local architecture, from the Bastakia, to various souks and developments all over Dubai and the region. This rich language was not only applied as an architectural treatment, but it influenced the experience of the project as a whole. The pedestrian podium roof acts as the de facto ground floor of the project, with lush greenery, water bodies, as well as large sunken courtyard
