Project Profile

This development is intended to be a 4-Star Hotel, of the Holiday Inn line of hotels, comprising of 1 Lower Ground (Semi-Basement) level, an Upper Ground Floor (Lobby level), a Mezzanine Floor, followed by 18 levels of Hotel Guest Rooms, and culminating in a Bar/Restaurant at level 19.

The Lower Ground (Semi-Basement) contains car parking, main delivery & loading/unloading yard and platform, Hotel BOH workshop, Training and other BOH facilities, and other MEP services such as substation & LV rooms, water tanks, pump rooms, other electromechanical rooms, etc.

The Upper Ground Floor includes the main Hotel arrival / reception lobby, FOH Hotel offices, All Day Dining and Cafe, Main Kitchen, 2 Function Halls, pre-function lobby and meeting rooms, along with associated amenities (prayer rooms, toilets etc).

The mezzanine floor includes BOH facilities.

  • Level 2 includes Guest Rooms and BOH facilities
  • Level 3 includes Guest Rooms, Swimming pool, kids club, Gym, Treatment Rooms and Changing rooms
  • Levels 4 - 18 includes Guest rooms and Suites
  • Level 19 hosts a specialty restaurant and roof services

 

The site is located in Dubai Festival City, Zone 4A, Plot No. 4124759. The site is surrounded by road from the south side, and by other neighbor plots from the other sides. The plot adjacent from the north & east sides is currently empty from any major structures except the shading structures of the existing surface car parking, as well as existing underground services. The plot adjacent from the west side has an existing building (Hyper Panda & Plug Ins) that is a part of the Dubai Festival City Shopping Complex. The proposed Holiday Inn Hotel shall be connected to Plug Ins by means of a pedestrian bridge, which is also part of the scope of works of this package.
