TWIN TOWER RESIDENCE
IBN BATTUTA - DUBAI, UAE
Living in a futuristic city like Dubai entitles its residence to live a comfortable life that is filled with state of the art technology and a modern lifestyle. With that in mind, the design process behind the interior of the apartments at the twin tower residence strives to provide its residents with apartments that are both cozy and contemporary. The well-lit apartments at the Twin Tower Residence follow a theme of minimalism and simplicity, combined with a soothing color scheme that help the inhabitants to enjoy their dwellings in comfort and style. The floor to ceiling windows at the Twin Tower Residence help to provide each apartment with a spectacular light quality and a warm ambiance that radiates throughout the apartments. While the design of the architectural concept was not originally developed by Arif and Bintoak, A&B were the lead consultant and architects of record for the project, and were responsible for all project phases from schematic design development to the end of the construction supervision stage as well as the development of the interior design of the apartments of this stunning residential complex.

DEIRA ISLAND RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
DEIRA ISLAND - DUBAI, UAE
The interior design process of the Deira Island Residential Complex was launched with
one concept in mind; providing the inhabitants of the residential complex with the best
standards of high end living that the city of Dubai can offer. With spectacular views that
overlook the gulf and the city’s gorgeous skyline, the apartments at the Deira Island
Residential Complex enjoy floor to ceiling windows that allow natural lighting to wash
over the interiors of the apartments and provide them with a spectacular light and
spatial quality.
The theme of the interiors followed an earthy color palette in order to provide the
residence with a sense of balance between the bright blue colors of the sky and water
and the earthy interiors of the apartments. The predominantly beige and gray interiors
were also essential in providing the apartments with a serene vibe and helped to enrich
the apartment’s level of coziness and comfort.
Arif & Bintoak were the lead consultant and architect of the project, and were responsible
for all project phases from the concept design stage to the end of the construction
supervision stage, including the interior design for the residential apartments.

Being one of the most successful and renowned names in hospitality and catering entitles any of the Premier Inn Hotels to be designed to the highest standards of design and be equipped with the best and most advanced technological advancements that are related to providing the customers with a comfortable stay that is filled with luxury and style.
Therefore, the interiors of the proposed Premier Inn Hotel were designed to live up to, and exceed the standards set by the infamous hotel chain. While keeping the original color scheme of the Premier Inn Hotel in mind, the interior design elements proposed incorporate a colorful combination of purple, gray and white, which help to bring the spaces alive and give it a sense of visual appeal that is intricate but simple to process at the same time. Public spaces such as the corridors and restaurant area were also equipped with other elements such as greenery and colorful art pieces in order to help elevate the spaces’ quality and liveliness.

design development of the project.
JVC MALL
JVC - DUBAI, UAE
When tackling a large scale project such as the JVC Mall, paying attention to the
smallest of details often yields greats results. This ideology drove the team at A&B
to develop a proposal for the interior of the JVC mall that revolves around natural
lighting and exquisite spatial quality.
The architectural skylights that are spread across the project help in bringing in an
ethereal sense to the project, with natural lighting that engulfs the interior spaces
and cast interesting shadows around the premises. Also, modern elements such as
furniture and lighting fixtures were introduced to the project in order to help elevate
the spatial quality and reflect the futuristic nature of the city. Finally, lush greenery
were incorporated into the mall’s shared spaces such as corridors and food courts
in order to help provide the mall’s interior spaces with a sense of liveliness and
bring the spaces to life with the vibrant green color of nature and the fresh air quality
that it produces.

NAD AL SHEBA VILLAS
NAD AL SHEBA - DUBAI, UAE
The Nad Al Sheba project is set to go down in A&B’s history as one of the largest grand residences’ masterplans that the firm has been responsible for from start to finish. With over 1400 villas that come in various sizes and architectural style, the team at A&B were challenged to provide each of these villas with a spectacular living and spatial experience.
The team rose to the challenge by utilizing interior design elements such as color, light and furniture in order to make sure that the expectations of the inhabitants of the Nad Al Sheba masterplan be met, and better yet exceeded. In order to blend smoothly with the Middle Eastern architectural theme on the exterior, the interior spaces were designed with a classical approach that is elegantly laced with a modern touch. The interior spaces of the Villas also incorporate an earthy color scheme in order to reflect the image of heritage and culture of the project as well as to provide the spaces with a sense of volume and spaciousness.
