Living in a futuristic city like Dubai entitles its residence to live a comfortable life that is filled with state of the art technology and a modern lifestyle. With that in mind, the design process behind the interior of the apartments at the twin tower residence strives to provide its residents with apartments that are both cozy and contemporary. The well-lit apartments at the Twin Tower Residence follow a theme of minimalism and simplicity, combined with a soothing color scheme that help the inhabitants to enjoy their dwellings in comfort and style. The floor to ceiling windows at the Twin Tower Residence help to provide each apartment with a spectacular light quality and a warm ambiance that radiates throughout the apartments. While the design of the architectural concept was not originally developed by Arif and Bintoak, A&B were the lead consultant and architects of record for the project, and were responsible for all project phases from schematic design development to the end of the construction supervision stage as well as the development of the interior design of the apartments of this stunning residential complex.

GREEN COMMUNITY PHASE II & III
MOTOR CITY - DUBAI, UAE
After being the Gulf’s first shopping mall and gaining great popularity,
Al Ghurair mall needed expansion, which lead to the project’s second
phase to be launched.
Inspired by the growth of the project over the years, the expansion
aims to give a new definition to the old Dubai and help bridge the
gap in the rapid development of the city. The Ghurair Mall project
combines elegant architectural elements in a modern way that is
respectful and reminiscent of the region’s culture and heritage yet
conscious of the futuristic progression and image of the country.
The architectural language used in the project is clear and direct; the
teconic and massing elements of the project come together in a stylish
arrangement that aims to be easy on the eyes, but at the same the
same time catch the attention of, the thousands of people that pass by
or visit the project on a daily basis.
The project consists of a three-level retail center, a 188-unit residential
tower, a 490 room fully serviced hotel, and three levels of underground
parking. The new complex has been designed to compliment the
existing architectural character of Al Ghurair City, and create a
landmark development in the heart of Dubai.
While A&B were not responsible for the conceptual design of the
project, they were the lead consultants, architects of record and
served as engineering consultants for the project.
